Movie audio not working

Post by mstisher » Sun Aug 19, 2012 12:04 pm

I'm using version 7.0.4 and screencast-o-matic to create an animated move but cannot get audio in the movie of the drill. I have tried to get sound through both internal sound card and an external mic but am having no luck. Video is fine but no audio.

What operating system are you running?

Do you have the pro version of Screencast or the free version?
Thank you

The free version will only record audio from the microphone.

The best way to record the audio with the free version is to use an auxilary cable similar to the one you would connect an mp3 player to a car stereo. You would plug one end of the cable to the speaker output and one end to the microphone input. This would then record the audio properly.
