3D 7 not responding on Vista

When I open a new file and select a drawing tool I can place performers. When I click accept the icon nothing happens. I also can not open the side window to add sets.

Are you running 32 or 64 bit?

Does the program not respond when you open it or is this after some time of use?

32 bit.

I can open any icon to do work, I can not click "accept". The problem starts as soon as I open/start a file.
