Operating System

Post by nmerson » Tue Apr 23, 2013 4:55 pm

I recently purchased Pyware 7, and a few months later, my laptop died. At this point, i'm looking at purchasing a new one, and my only 2 requirements are, simply put - getting the cheapest possible computer that will run pyware acceptably. Other than pyware, my laptop is only used for web browsing, and the occassional basic gaming - but nothing fancy.

In particular, i've seen that chromebooks look effecient and cheap - but i understand that they dont have a traditional OS. I'm unsure if pyware can run on these platforms (only some have the minimum other requirements anyway) - and if this isn't an option - what kinds of things would be a good alternative?

Thanks
- Nick

I have posted a few laptops that would work with the software in a few different price points.

Lenovo - Approx. ~ $599 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6834312431

MSI - Approx ~ $899 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6834152388

Asus - Approx ~ $1299 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6834230592
