audio sync

Post by ben.frasier » Mon Jun 17, 2013 1:49 pm

I have am using the 3D Interactive Edition v 7.1.4 on a Windows 8 computer. When I try to sync a file I get a message saying "Do you want to re-enter the drills synchronization to the audio file <>?" I click "yes" and nothing happens. I have tried WAV and OGG files and nothing happens. I saw an earlier post that mentioned not to use special characters in the file name, and I made sure my file did not have those characters. However, I got the same result.

Any advice?

I think what saying "Yes" does is simply clear the previous sync. You have to restart the sync like you always do, by hitting the audio button on the bottom left bar. If that doesn't work, there is a stranger quirk than just having to redo the audio sync.
I enjoy charting military drills. Let me know if you need any assistance with one of them.

Ah, it is always the simple things that seems to be the most frustrating. You are correct. Thanks for the help.
