RealView window not opening

I use PW 7.1.? (when I click on the "about" menu option the about window doesn't pop up on my macbook air, so I cant tell you the exact revision other than its the most recent...)

Anyway, on my MacBook air, the RealView window opens fine, and I can adjust settings, etc. When I go to use PW at school on the PC (Dell Optiplex with windows 7) the RealView window is nowhere to be found, and I cant find a menu option to open it. Im sure it's something simple, but I looked for about 30 minutes and couldn't find a solution...

Go to the file menu, choose application options, click on the display tab.

Select the Real View option.

Restart 3D.

It should start or give you a message if you computer does not meet the requirements.
