Real player not working on longer drill

I am unable to animate my closer, about 360 counts. All my other shorter movements play fine.

What are the specs of your computer?

Processor?
RAM?
Graphics Card?
Operating System?

The Intel HD graphics for that machine are at or below the minimum requirements.

You can enable the Real View in the File>Application Options>Display> Use Real View Perspective.

You will be prompted to restart the software.

Restart and it will attempt to start the Real View. The software will prompt you if it is unable to run the Real View.
