Morph tool deleting handles

When deleting handles in the morph editing tool, the handles delete in a random order and I end up with some weird, distorted shape. I don't know if it's because of the order of the performers or the order in which I glued shapes together, but I'm about ready to throw my laptop across the room!!! Please help!!!

The delete Half button will delete the handles by deleting every other handle.

If you need to remove specific handles shift click on the handles you need to remove. This will remove them individually.
