Performer Symbols will not print

Post by Lou102883 » Mon Aug 19, 2013 11:58 pm

I am printing my charts for a completed song, but the performer symbols will not print.

For example, Alto Sax #6 doesn't show up on my printed charts as "A6," but just as "6."

In the print preview, everything looks fine.

The print preview options I use are:

Print each performers label
Print Text
Magnify Symbols
Thicker Grid Lines
Zoom Chart for Largest Printout (Default PLUS Text Boxes)

Please help. I have rebooted Pyware, computer, and tried several options. The print preview looks fine, but when they print they are not there

This issue has been reported before. It seems to be an issue with the fonts installed in the system folder. Please follow the steps below to correct the issue.

Go to the Control Panel and then go to the fonts folder.
Pull pyjava.ttf,pyjava2.ttf, pyview.ttf out of the fonts folder. Make sure they are completely removed from the fonts folder.
Restart the computer.
Go to the Control Panel and then go to the fonts folder.
Put pyjava.ttf,pyjava2.ttf, pyview.ttf back in the fonts folder.
Restart the computer.
Open 3D and then you should be able to print properly.
Thank you
