Pyware 7.1.7 Freezes

Hi I'm new to Pyware. I'm running windows 8 and pyware 7.1.7 keeps freezing randomly. This is very frustrating. Can someone help.

Intel I7 2.6 ghz, 12 gigs ram, nvidia 450 gts, Windows 8 pro, all device drivers are updated.

What is happening when the software freezes?

It stops responding. I have to go to the task manager in Windows to shut it down. I thought it might have been my GPU (it was an nvidia 450gts) so I upgraded to an nvidia 650 gtx. It went longer without freezing but it still eventually froze. I just opened pyware and now it says that my graphics card isn't compatible with realview.
