Resetting to Factory Defaults

Post by Miladu » Wed Jun 10, 2015 4:42 pm

Running:
3D Interactive (7.2.4)
Windows 8.1 Pro
AMD (fx) 6300 Six-Core Processor (3.5GHz)
16GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 Display

Now that all of that is done with, I'm experiencing some trouble. No matter how many times I make changes (like turning helpers "off", or set my own personal defaults) every time I open the program, everything has reset itself to factory settings. Yet on my second license, on virtually the same computer set up, all of my defaults stay as I set them. Is there something I'm missing somewhere? I don't recall doing anything different with the settings on one license as opposed to the other.

Thanks in advance!
Joe Steeb

PS - The only real difference between the two computers would be this AMD processor, as opposed to an intel processor (computer that is retaining my defaults)

Run Pyware as an admin by right clicking on the Shortcut. Tell me if that makes a difference for you.
