Is there a way to get the True NCAA field layout to display the hashmarks in the 3D Real View?

The grid in the real view is drawn using the information that is shown on the design grid.

If you are using the Surface on the Real View this is an image that will need to be modified to meet your needs.

I have attached a file that can be used with the True NCAA grid that is available in the Grid designer.
