I am having difficulties getting my file to sync with the drill.

I followed the steps at (http://www.pyware.com/guide/3d/7.2/en/t ... c-to-drill). I load the music file (I've tried .wav and .ogg) and click sync. I confirm that I want to sync with spacebar once per count. When I click OK, the music doesn't play. The sound file works out of Pyware.

Did you get a response to this? I'm having the same issue.

Running macOS Sierra 10.12.5 on an iMac
Processor 3.1 GHz

More specifically: Last year I used .wav files and they worked fine. This year, I'm getting "The audio player not ready. Wait a few seconds and try again." But nothing works with that. I read some posts that said converting to .ogg is the key, but that lead me to the problem you're having.

Would really like to get this resolved quickly - upcoming deadlines!
