Hi all,

This may be a dumb question....is it possible to change which foot the animated marchers begin with? It seems in all my animations they always begin with a right foot stepoff rather than left. (Was Dustin a Cadet?)

I am sorry, there is no setting to change the way the feet fall.

YES, you can do it, but you won't like how you have to do it.

I will typically "ghost" an extra beat, especially with odd number measures/phrases. Then I plan for a one-beat stop that winds up being two due to the extra "ghost beat." They can go back without leading with their right foot.

In this case, you'll have to ghost a beat in there before the right step off (make 10,000% sure to note this on directions or else you'll have unhappy band directors).
