"Invalid" Serial Number

Updated to V9 and when I go to activate, the menu asks for my serial number and when I input the code that the program gave me before it even started installing, it tells me it's invalid. This happened last time I updated also.

v9 is a purchased upgrade. When you purchase you will receive the v9 serial number. Please forward me your serial number and I can take a look at your account. dustin at Pyware.com
