Cannot see or create production sheet

I am trying to add information to a production sheet, but I cannot view it. Clicking on the little grey box on the left with the two lines does nothing. Going through Utilities>Production Sheet>Show only makes the little grey box disappear. When I click Show again, the little grey box does not reappear. Help! Adding information to text boxes is taking significantly longer now.
I am running OS X 10.11.6, and 3DJ Pro 9.0.1.
