Print Charts counts incorrect

Post by chrisgow1 » Tue Sep 06, 2016 10:06 am

When I am printing charts, the auto-generated counts on the bottom (running 9.0.1) is not correct. For example:
  • Page 6 is 16 counts
  • Page 6A is 8 counts
  • Page 7 is 16 counts
If I am choosing to print Page 6, 6A, 7 then the auto-generated counts are correct. However, if I only choose to print Page 7, the auto-generated counts go back to the last non-subset. So Page 7 says it is 24 counts. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing to show the correct counts for Page 7?

This is a feature that was added in v8 that will merge the counts when you do not print subsets. Many people are using subsets to create transitions that are not printed. This is a way that will include the counts in the transition properly for that. Currently there is not a way to turn this off. I will put it on the list to add this option.

In the mean time you can temporarily change the set 6a to a standard set on the print window and this will adjust the counts for you.
Thank you

That explains it. I jumped from v7 to v9. Thanks.
