I've been having trouble downloading Basic Edition Version 9 Pyware3D onto my Windows PC. I clicked on the Pyware 3D installer appropriate for my operating system type, then "Installanywhere is preparing to install ..." appears and loads to 100% and then nothing happens. No screens appear prompting me to complete the installation. I have tried the 32 bit AND the 64 bit for windows. I'm on a brand new Windows PC that exceeds the recommended system requirements. Please help!

Maybe it's looking for the Java directory? Since it's brand new, said directory probably isn't there. Go to https://java.com/en/ to download the current Java.

I already downloaded the java directory. Reset my computer several times. Uninstalled Java, then re - installed it, then reset. Still does not work

Do you have an Nvidia graphics card?

Yes i do

Go to Nvidias website and download and install the driver from December,2016. This will resolve the issue.

Yay I finally got it downloaded and working. Thanks.

My Windows 10 system is installing up to 100% and stopping at the pyview.ttf install. I downloaded the most recent Java and got the same result. I have a Dell Inspiron with intel hd graphics 620.
I was able to end the install process and open the application and activate, but I assume the install was not complete.
Can I get some advice?

I have had the same trouble with various upgrades. The program starts and runs just fine; I've never had a problem. I think it's just some inconsequential bug. Once, I tried deleting that font file and re-installing the program. That worked.

Depending on the OS settings the last step of installation which is the font may not complete properly. The full version of the software is actually installed properly.

Typically if you restart the computer and then right click on the installer and then choose to run as administrator, the installation will complete properly.

You can also manually install the fonts by locating them C:\Program Files\Pyware 3D v9\lib\factory\forAppDataLib\fonts, this contains the fonts PyJava2.ttf and PyView.ttf. Install those to the Start Menu> Fonts folder.
