I have a fresh copy of Win 10 with an FX-4300 Processor and GTX 1050 graphics card. My installation, no matter whether I attempt to install 32-bit or 64-bit version, will not go any further than the configuration window. The program will finish that task, but will go no further. When I check the Task Manager, I see that the program is in the task manager, but is only sitting there, using no resources. I have attempted this several times over the past day or so.

I am a high school director in a new position, and need this program working yesterday.

What version are you attempting to install on your computer?

I am attempting to install 9.1.1 Basic Version.
