Program locks after loading screen

I am currently running Version 7 and my school just purchased new Lenovo ThinkPad's for the entire faculty. I was finally able to get the program to install via compatibility mode and run doing the same thing as the Thinkpad runs Windows 10. The program will load until the realview window is supposed to load and it locks up. The laptop is using a Intel HD Graphics 520 card. It will not load the beginning grid or anything once the realview window starts to try and open.
