Pyware/ Windows 10 recent problem

I am running Pyware 3D Basic 8 with Windows 10. I have used it with no problems for about 2 years with on this same machine (as recently as 1 month ago) but today I go to open it and it will not open. I get a blue spinning wheel light is trying to open, but then nothing. I check the task manager and there is no program nor process running. (I did try watching the processes while clicking on the icon and the Java process starts, but then stops after about 5 seconds) I have not made any upgrades to my computer other than the regular windows updates. I have trying uninstalling Pyware and reinstalling it with no luck. Any clues on what is going on???

Please go to the start menu> type control panel.
Then select devices and printers.
Then right click on one of your printers and choose set as default.
Then start 3D v8.

The creators update selected the default printer. This should get you running.
