Push Tool

Can we set it up so that when we select a step-size (1 step - 1/16) on the grid we can make the push tool and our keyboard's arrow keys sync up to that step size? This is more to clean up what the form looks like and align it to the grid properly. If it's 1/16 off a a yard line, it would be much easier to use the arrow keys to line it up rather than having to use the mouse and a shakey hand! Currently the arrow keys push forms around in 1 step increments.
