Total Editing Time

Often, I would like to know how long I've been editing a drill to help with billing. It would be nice to have a timer which automatically tracks this info.

Ugh! If you do add this feature, I hope we can shut it off. I don't want to be reminded that I make about $.000001 per hour when writing drill
