relocating drill files with vista

I would like to locate all non-program files outside of the program files directory - for example: in a "Documents\pyware" personal folder - which files/folders can be relocated (i.e. drills, audio, etc).

You may save all of your files in a seperate directory however you cannot reloacte where the program looks for drills to be uploaded or drill to be combined to a production. These files must be present in the Program files/Pyware 3D Java Interactive/Drills folder.
