written contracts or agreements??

Hi

I was wondering if anybody writes out some type of agreement or contract that they give to their clients when designing drill.

I am relatively new to drill design, this will be my third season, the last two I wrote for only one band, but this coming season I have three so far. I am thinking it is a good idea to have some written agreement so I don't end up getting numbers at the end of summer and still get paid the same, or any of those type of things that happen.

If anybody does this and would be willing to send me an example agreement that they wrote up so I can have some help writing my own, I would very very much appreciate it...the more the merrier! Please let me know! thanks
