Pyware v. 4 on Netbook w/Win 7 Starter?

Just wanted to know if anyone has installed or if it would work to install 3D Java Pro v. 4 on a netbook (Asus) running Win 7 Starter edition. The computers at school are so old and slow, that i'm thinking of getting a netbook with school funds and I want to make sure it can run Pyware. Anyone?
