I'm working on setting up a grid for an indoor floor. The tarp we are using has seams every three steps (67.5 inches or 5.625 feet) but no distinctions left to right, so we were using a standard 8-5 grid left to right except we have "yard lines" every 4 steps (making splitting yard lines 2 steps.
My issues come with using the grid designer. The grid divisions don't seem to stay at what I try to set them at. I'll input my desired values (say, 6 steps by 11.35 feet) and then click to input something else or adjust the lines on the grid itself, and then the program defaults back to x steps by 5 (feet, yards,etc).
I'm getting confused as to why it does this and it seems like im doing something wrong there. Any ideas to alleviate my problems?

The grid divisions can only be set to whole numbers.
