It just can't be this simple (Spin Wheel)

Is the Spin Wheel nothing more than a massive "morph" in Pyware? The videos below show the Spin Wheel. It isn't a normal turn that can be handled by the Rotate tool in Pyware, as I soon figured out. It has Follow The Leader qualities to it with each line also, but the way it rotates doesn't quite fit FTL. Then I tried the Morph tool, and things started to add up. It started to look like an actual Spin Wheel.

The drill attached possibly shows the spin wheel using nothing but the morph tool. It looks pretty close (possibly close enough that only a chosen few will see it isn't 100% right), but my perfectionist half cannot handle a move that I don't 100% know how to chart. Is it really that easy to plot and it's just a gigantic morph? Or is something else missing, besides the foot stomps and small timing issues (i.e. the front line finishes at the same time as the back)?

I enjoy charting military drills. Let me know if you need any assistance with one of them.
