How do I turn off mark time?

Sorry if this is a silly question, but I can't find the answer anywhere. Everything points to a "hold style" tab in the visual editor, but no such tab exists on my program (7.2.1). How do I set it so that the members don't mark time?

Hold Style has been moved to the Visuals tab now. It is at the bottom.

The visuals editor manual page has been updated to reflect the 7.2.1 interface.

But in the manual it says that it's under "hold style". I don't have a "hold style" tab on my visual editor

Please look in the section that is entitled Visuals Tab.
It is still called hold style there is not a specific tab for hold style any longer.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
