3D custom props

Post by daveisx » Thu Aug 04, 2016 8:52 am

I saw this question was asked a couple years ago, but I'm now on version 9, and I'm hoping to create large square frames (ranging from 7 to 12 feet tall), in which performers would be able to move through. Are there steps I can take to take my 3D image from Photoshop and import it to Pyware?

And bear with me, I am a very recent convert to Pyware, but even when I try to use a box or flat panel prop, and import a png or even a jpg, I'm only getting the Pyware logo on the prop, and sometimes it doesn't even show up in the real view... They are very small files.
Again, I'm on v9 Professional. Everything else is beautiful, and I'm really enjoying my experience. Maybe I'm just not going through the proper steps to make this work...

Any help would be appreciated!
