Version 4 update features

The website talks a lot about the new features for students, performers and teachers. What about the designer? What new tools or enhancements are there for them?

Also, I have version 2. Do I have to upgrade to version 4 or can I just upgrade to version 3?

In the Version 4 update the designers get all of the features listed in the Performers practice tools. There are new features being added to the version 4 release, such as an automatic updater released in version 4.0.2. The Perspective View is also being reworked in version 4, this will be release through the automatic updater later this year. The printing has been completely reworked and is more stable and more efficient when printing. There has been a new file type added to increase show file portability. These are a few of the features that have been added so far to version 4.
