iPas install hangs on Windows 7 Starter

I have tried to install iPas on a netbook running windows 7 starter and it hangs. I have performed the options under the vista thread but still have not luck. The personalization option mentioned under the vista installation thread don't exist under windows 7 starter however all the other steps were completed.
The software being used is from the Standard of Excellence Red Book 1 for Baritones (B.C.) - PW21BC.
Any suggestions??

Why can't you just post the link here so that others who are having the same problem can benefit. Why are trying to keep the fix or solution a guarded secret?

The solution is a user specific download so for each user there is a different download.

iPas install hangs on Windows 7. It will not install, therefore, I get NO RESPONSE, INSTRUCTIONS or anything...
