Help with windows 7 install

Hi - I have been trying for a few days to install the CD1 standard of excellence enhanced comprehensive band method book 1 - all instruments.
This comes up as only music files, it does not give me an install option. When I select the file, click on properties, there is no Compatibility tab.
Please advise asap.
