Installing iPAS with Windows 7 Ultimate

Dear Dustin
My son is software for french horn. I was trying to install Standard of Excellence Book 2 - All Instruments for him PC running Windows 7 Ultimate. The installation hangs indefinitely. I tried installing following boot up in Safe Mode as well - still hangs during installation. I then tried uninstalling and the computers also hangs during uninstall.
I need your help please.
