How do install iPAS underWindows 7 32bit?

Using the installation I have, it hange Indefinitely at the beginning of the installation process.

You may download a new installer that is compatible with Windows Vista and Windows 7 from http://www.kjos.com/ipas. You will need the your book available for this download.
