Problems clearing synchronization to drill

This is the first time this has happened to me, maybe someone else has dealt with it?
I want to sychro a mp3 to an opener. I did the choose file. when I went to start tapping I got this message "The audio player not ready. Wait a few seconds and try again"
Waited, same thing. Went to clear synch, nothing happens. ideas?

The Mp3 file needs to be converted to 192kbps or converted to a wav file. Please let me know if you have any questions on doing this.
