Re: Upload to Youtube
In Windows, there is a "Make Movie" option within Pyware. It will launch a website plugin that will allow you to save drill video. On the Mac, there is a built-in functionality within QuickTime to make a screen video. In both OS-es, it's a relatively simple matter of following the prompts and then p...

I had a Texas-ism
Get it? Because I tried my hand at a Texas-styled 6-to-5 drill and an exorcism pun? Explaining the joke doesn't make it any more relevant or even funny. Oh well... I tried my hand at one of those drills. It certainly isn't my best as it has a couple of stop points that I really hate, but it isn't my...

I've seen a VERY similar uniform somewhere in the fabric gallery if memory serves. Not sure about the shako, though.

Re: new Apple Laptops?
I am using the Mac mini from 2011 with the AMD Radeon card (6330M). This model runs Pyware beautifully, even on Mac OS 10.9 Mavericks, especially since running Pyware full screen forces everything else to App Nap. So I went over to the Apple Online Store, making sure to check things out for the foll...

Re: Pinwheels vs Oblique Turns
Here are some more oblique ideas, save for eight counts where there are no oblique marchers. Sorry, but I set something else up in that one set of counts that did involve oblique marching.

In case anyone wants to see the newest military-styled Pyware video I've done, you can click on the link below. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jw33Dd5Kn4o Also, since I like to share with everyone, I am enclosing the drill file itself as an attachment. Hopefully, everyone had a great weekend and let...

Laptop blew up
Well, my laptop that has one of my Pyware licenses went kaput a short while ago (and it had both V6 and 7 too ). I know there is a way to manage my Pyware licenses online, but I have no idea how to access it. Or is this something I should try to call and resolve tomorrow?

Re: 10.9 Mavericks
All righty. When I upgraded mine, though, I did have to reinstall the Mac JRE update before it would start up. Not entirely sure why, except that I know that I know the Mac OS is not best friends with Adobe Flash and Java.

10.9 Mavericks
OS 10.9 Mavericks was released TODAY. Should we stay at 10.8 or go for the upgrade? Will there any Pyware-breaking issues?

Mac Java update--is it safe?
I remember all the ruckus about a previous Mac Java update and wanted to make sure it is Pyware-breaking or not.

Re: Error message coming up now
UPDATE!!! After getting with the great, wonderful, awesome, and any other good adjective you can think of Dustin, we found the problem. For some odd reason (and I'm still not 100% sure how this happened), Pyware was set to open in 32-bit mode, which sent everything into berserk mode. How to fix it: ...

Had to black out the serial number. It should be the test model mini you use, since I bought it based on the fact that you have it over there as your test Mac.

I am using Mac OS 10.8.5 (Mac mini i5 with Radeon card) and Pyware 7.1.6. I am using the correct Java version also as described in this link http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1572 I installed 10.8.5 using the App Store update and using the Combo Updater downloaded from Apple. Make 10,000% sure you did not download the Pyware-breaking Java update from Apple. If you did, then follow this link to an Apple Knowledge Base with the correct Java to download. Right now on the Mac, this always seems to be the prime suspect when it comes to general Pyware weirdness. http://support...

Make 10,000% sure you didn't install the Pyware-breaking Java update from Apple. Try installing from this link first:
http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1572
If it doesn't work afterward, we have a larger problem.

Re: turn off Real 3D shading from backfield
There was an update to 7.1.5. I'd try to install that update first and see if the problem is replicated under the new version. Maybe it was stealth fixed?
