Sync Audio fine, then drill starts later

I sync the audio and all is great. I save it, create a backup, etc. When I come back to the file later, the music starts fine, but the drill doesn't start until 6-8 beats later. It is a WAV file and has worked fine on the other 3 pieces I've done. Any ideas?

What version of 3D are you running?

Please download and install the version 5.2.5 from http://www.pyware.com/updates.html, then test the drill again.
