Delete/Remove Tool Shortcut?

I have just started to work on a new drill. After I "accept" each action in the drill, the circle control tool pops up. Somewhere along way I must have inadvertently created this "shortcut." How does one eliminate/delete a tool shortcut? Any assistance greatly appreciated.

You have the Circle Tool set to the default tool.

To change this Right click on the Pointer selection tool to set it to default again.

Thanks Dustin. I'm a novice user but figured it had to be something along those lines...I just couldn't find the solution in the manual or in the forums.
