My co-worker is working on the drill on his mac and is not having any issues. I have a PC with Windows 7 64-bit. He has saved the files to dropbox, and I copied them to my desktop.
I can open Pyware and work on a new file with no problem. It's using over a gig of ram, but I have 6 gigs in my system, so I don't think that's the problem. When I try to open the 3dz files he has saved, the program tries to open, but just sits there like it's still trying to open. The files are 16k plus.
Help?
Latest version freezes when opening

Are you on Version 7.1.5?
If not please download it from our website http://www.pyware.com/updates.html

Re: Latest version freezes when opening
Yes. We both are running 7.1.5
Correction: The program is open fine, but the files will not load. The little "spinning circle" just stares and laughs at me. Eventually I have to go into the task manager to end Java to close the program.
