Error message coming up now

I am using Mac OS 10.8.5 (Mac mini i5 with Radeon card) and Pyware 7.1.6. I am using the correct Java version also as described in this link http://support.apple.com/kb/DL1572

I installed 10.8.5 using the App Store update and using the Combo Updater downloaded from Apple. Both times, this same error is coming up.

Can you reinstall the software from the updates page http://www.pyware.com/updates.html?
The version 7.1.7 will correct this.

What are the specs of your machine?
Processor?
Ram?
Graphics Card?

Had to black out the serial number. It should be the test model mini you use, since I bought it based on the fact that you have it over there as your test Mac.

Does this happen when you open a drill or just when you launch the program?

It asked me to turn off critters in Real View again. I hit yes and got this.

UPDATE!!!

After getting with the great, wonderful, awesome, and any other good adjective you can think of Dustin, we found the problem. For some odd reason (and I'm still not 100% sure how this happened), Pyware was set to open in 32-bit mode, which sent everything into berserk mode. How to fix it:

Right click on your 3D icon in the Dock and have it revealed in the Finder.

Hit Command-I

Uncheck "Open in 32-bit mode" if it is checked.
