The Pyware Portal is a carefully engineered ecosystem that provides a Pyware 3D Version 10 user, a way of managing their account licenses, as well as a hub to collaborate with all those associated with their account licenses or associated groups. The Pyware Portal has now made it possible to personally oversee your Pyware account and the activity of the users you have attached to the license and user groups.

After you have updated to v10, you will receive a license key that can be redeemed to create an account, add a Pyware license, and unlock all the administrative and collaborative features of the Pyware Portal. Once you set up your new license account, you will have access as an “Administrator” to manage and update your account information, add users to your license, and view details on your current license and the installations or upgrades available.

As you add users to your account, they will have access to the Portal as an “Authorized User,” which allows them license access, along with file sharing and communication within the group message board.

The group message board functions as the communication hub where you can post announcements, share ideas and upload and download files. You can upload pdf files of charts, coordinates, Pyware 3D drill files, etc. As an “Administrator” or “Authorized User,” you are allowed to create groups and add users to the message board. A standard user will only have the option to join an existing group to view messages, announcements and download files. This group function is designed to be an expeditious tool for shared license users, band directors and performers to communicate amongst each other.

With an easy registration and setup process, the Pyware Portal is also free of charge.
