Post an Announcement to a Group

To add a user to a group you need to be logged into the Pyware Portal Dashboard and be an Administrator or Authorized user to the Pyware License account that the group is assigned toor be a Band Director Role for the Group.

1) Expand the Groups section in the Navigation Panel on the left.
2) Click the desired group to post an announcement to.

3) Type the desired announcement in the provided text area.
4) Click Post Announcement.

*When Post Announcement is clicked the Pyware Portal will send an email to every group member (depending on their contact settings) and also show the announcement on the group management page.
